The team at Haymont is delighted to announce that Stage 5 construction has now commenced! Boasting views of the Sparrovale Wetlands and just a 5-minute walk to the Glenlee Regional Park, Stage 5 is situated on the eastern side of Barwon Heads Road with amenity conveniently located only a stone’s throw away.

Australian indie rock band British India will be hitting the road this year for its Threshold American tour, with one of its performances set to take place at the Barwon Club Hotel in South Geelong. Started in 2007 by a group of 16-year-old high school students, British India’s uplifting music has become a mainstay in the Australian indie rock scene, capturing audiences young and old.

The team at Haymont is proud to share this month’s construction update. Stage 3 progress over the past month included completion of the rock retaining walls and topsoiling of lots.

Perfect for the many families that make up the amazing community of Haymont, award-winning theatre company Monkey Baa will soon perform Australia’s iconic picture story book, ‘Possum Magic’, live on stage. This engaging live performance runs for fifty minutes and is sure to entertain young and old viewers with a theatrical rendition of this beloved Aussie classic.

With autumn arriving at Haymont, we’re pleased to share that work has been progressing smoothly across the project. Over the past month, Stage 3 works have continued with road and rock retaining wall works being completed.

Prepare for a high-octane spectacle as the famous Superboats roar back into Corio Bay for Round Two of the 2024 Season! On March 16 and 17, Steampacket Gardens and Wangim Walk will come alive with the sight of magnificent high-speed boats soaring across the water.
