The Haymont team have been working hard across the two Stages under construction over the last month, with works proceeding smoothly. In Stage 1, sewer and drainage works are complete, and road base works are currently underway.

Australia’s second and only acoustic music festival is coming to The Pavilion in Ocean Grove Park! Taking place on Sunday the 12th March, a range of fantastic acoustic artists from around the country are putting on a show as part of the City of Greater Geelong’s cultural festivals.

It’s been a wonderful start to the year for the team on the ground at Haymont, with works coming along smoothly across the first two Stages under construction! In Stage 1, drainage works are nearing completion, while water and gas reticulation works will be commencing shortly.

Explore rich Indigenous culture through community connection at Narana Aboriginal Culture Centre. Only a 5-minute drive from Haymont, this cultural hub is open 7 days a week and free to visit for all.

Forget the Christmas pageant, this cabaret-fuelled Christmas sing-a-long will get the whole family into the Christmas spirit in no time! The Palais Geelong stage is set to be transformed into a festive wonderland for dynamic cabaret duo Karla and Jono’s show: Tis The Season.

With the end of the year in sight, the team at Haymont are working tirelessly to progress works across all Stages under construction. In Stage 1, the final sewer works are currently underway, preparing the site for drainage reticulation set to commence soon.

After three years of disruptions, Christmas in Geelong is set to return, bringing back its incredible Opening Night activities! Geelong’s unmistakable Floating Christmas Tree will be back on Saturday the 12th of November, with a few extra surprises to make the launch all the more exciting.

October marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Haymont, as works continue to progress smoothly across all Stages under construction. In Stage 1, sewer works are currently underway, and in Stage 2, the team is commencing works on the site, preparing the ground for bulk earthworks to commence in the coming weeks.

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
