2022 IN REVIEW

It has been an action-packed year for Haymont! This year, construction officially commenced, major progress was made in Stages 1 and 2, and we hosted our first event for future residents – let’s have a look at all we have achieved at Haymont in 2022.

Construction Officially Commenced

Spring marked a special time at Haymont as we reached a major milestone and celebrated the official commencement of construction. Starting in Stage 1, the team worked through earthworks and sewer works to prepare the site for our future residents’ dream homes.

Moonlight Cinema Held at Glenlee Regional Park

Current and future residents from ID_Land’s Armstrong Creek communities – including Glenlee, Haymont and The Reserve – gathered to enjoy a screening of ‘Sing 2’ under the stars. Taking place in the newly opened Glenlee Regional Park, the local community were treated to popcorn, fairy floss, a food truck and giant games on site. A fun-filled evening was had by all!

Sales and Construction Update

In 2022, the Haymont team continued to progress works across all Stages currently under construction. In Stage 1, sewer works are now complete and drainage works are underway, while in Stage 2 bulk earthworks are complete and sewer works will commence in the new year. From the Sales Office, the final lots in Stage 3 are selling quickly, and a new release will be launched soon!
