Momentum continues to build at Haymont, with August delivering a number of exciting construction milestones across the community.

Stage 7 is progressing exceptionally well, with all footpath and driveway works now complete. Lot grading is currently underway ahead of asphalting works, bringing the stage another step closer to completion. Reflecting the strong demand for the estate, Stage 7 is now fully allocated, and we look forward to welcoming future residents to the Haymont community.

In Stage 4, drainage works have officially commenced, marking an important milestone as construction activity continues to ramp up across this next phase of the community.

We were also delighted to release Stage 8A to market during August, featuring a sought-after selection of homesites ranging from 300m² to 392m². The release provides buyers with another opportunity to secure their place in one of Armstrong Creek’s fastest-growing communities.
