Sales & Construction Update

Construction at Haymont continued to progress strongly throughout July, with significant milestones achieved across the community.

In Stage 7, road kerbs and electrical installation are now complete, while footpath and driveway works continue to advance well. With construction progressing exceptionally well, the stage is now fully allocated, and we look forward to welcoming new residents to the Haymont community in the future.

Excitingly, site preparation works for Stage 4 are now underway, marking the next phase of growth within the estate.

On the sales front, Stage 4C was recently released to market, offering homesites ranging from 400m² to 544m². We encourage interested buyers to get in touch with our team to learn more about the available opportunities.
