Sales & Construction Update

Construction continues to progress well at Haymont, Armstrong Creek, with strong momentum across both Stage 7 and Stage 4 through April.

In Stage 7, drainage works have now been completed, marking an important milestone for the stage. Water installation is currently underway, with road base excavation set to commence soon as construction continues to move steadily forward.

Further momentum is building in Stage 4, with a contractor now appointed and works due to commence imminently. This next phase will add to a busy and active period on site as the Haymont community continues to grow.

From a sales perspective, Release 4B is now selling, offering a limited release of lots ranging from 329m² to 519m², providing new options for those looking to join this thriving community. Opportunities in Release 4A and 7 are becoming increasingly limited, with only a small selection of lots remaining. Buyers are encouraged to act quickly to secure their place.
