A global sporting event right in Haymont’s back yard!

This March, Geelong will host one of its most thrilling sporting events of the year, just a short distance from Haymont, making it the perfect weekend outing.

The Ironman 70.3 Geelong, scheduled for Sunday 23 March, promises to be an action-packed day gathering, athletes from all over the world who will push themselves to the limit in a breathtaking half-distance triathlon.

A physical spectacle to enjoy right in our backyard,the race includes a challenging 1.9km swim, 90km bike ride, ending with a 21.1km run, giving spectators and participants lots to enjoy.
Set against Geelong’s stunning waterfront, the event is expected to attractthousands of visitors to the region.

Celebrating the local community the Ironman 70.3 Geelong will also include a variety of food stalls, entertainment, and activities for spectators, making it a fun-filled day for all.
