Haymont 2024: A year of growth and exciting progress!

Looking back on 2024, we’d like to take a moment to appreciate how the Haymont community has grown! Here are some of our favourite things that happened last year.

A great milestone of 2024 was welcoming our first residents to Haymont! Finalising their builds and moving in, these residents were the first out of the 100+ who now call Haymont home.

In the construction space, Stage 3 was completed early last year, which added 39 new lots to the community. Stage 5 construction also commenced and continues to progress smoothly, with Titles forecasted for January 2025.

In 2024, we also re-located our Sales Office to its brand-new site at 94 Munro Drive, to make way for the future proposed Childcare Centre (delivered by others) which will look to serve as high-quality, easy access Childcare for Haymont families and the wider Geelong community.

Looking back on 2024 and entering 2025, we are excited for the construction of future stages and to see Haymont continue growing into a thriving community.
