The team at Haymont is proud to share this month’s construction update.
Stage 3 progress over the past month included completion of the rock retaining walls and topsoiling of lots. We are pleased to share that Practical Completion of civil works has now been achieved! The project team are now working diligently to achieve Statement of Compliance which is estimated to occur in May. Following Statement of Compliance, Titles will be lodged with Land Use Victoria (LUV), and Settlements will follow soon after.
In exciting news, the next Stage of Haymont, Stage 5, is expected to commence construction in the coming months! Stay tuned for further updates on site establishment.
