It’s been yet another productive month at Haymont and we’re thrilled to provide our latest construction update.
In Stage 1, Statement of Compliance has been achieved, and Titles have now been registered. We’re pleased to share that Settlements are now underway. We’re looking forward to seeing the first Haymont residents soon start turning their dream-home ideas into a reality as builds commence!
In Stage 2, the team is working hard to achieve Statement of Compliance from all Authorities – watch this space for more updates.
Over in Stage 3, drainage and sewer works were completed this month, and excavation to the subgrade has now begun.
