SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The team at Haymont are pleased to share the latest Construction Update.
In Stages 1 and 2, the team continues to work hard on the final items required to achieve Statement of Compliance from the relevant Authorities. The estimated Settlement timing for these Stages is currently early-to-mid November. Be sure to watch this space for further updates.
In Stage 3 drainage and sewer works are progressing well, and water reticulation works have commenced. Excavation to the subgrade is also scheduled to commence over the next month.
