SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another productive month on site for the Haymont team, with Stages 1 and 2 achieving practical completion and works progressing smoothly in Stage 3!
In Stages 1 and 2, asphalting works are complete and Practical Completion has been achieved. The team is currently closing out final Authority approvals ahead of Statement of Compliance and Title Registration.
In Stage 3, external water installation works are now complete, with sewer installation works ongoing. Drainage works are set to commence in the coming weeks.
