SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another busy month on site for the Haymont Team, with significant progress made towards the imminent completion of Stages 1 and 2 and works progressing smoothly in Stage 3.
In Stage 1, the final road base layer has been laid in preparation for the upcoming asphalting and line marking works. Meanwhile, footpath and driveway concreting works are nearing completion.
In Stage 2, footpath and driveway concreting is set to commence upon completion of these works in Stage 1, with asphalting works to follow.
The team has begun working through final authority approvals ahead of Statements of Compliance and Title Registration on stages 1 & 2 which are expected to be achieved soon!
In Stage 3, Bulk earthworks have been completed, with sewer and water installation works to commence imminently.
