SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another busy month of construction for the Haymont Team, with significant progress made towards the completion of Stages 1, 2 and 3!
In Stage 1, road kerb and electrical installation works are complete, with footpath and driveway concreting in progress. The final road base layer is set to be laid later this month, in preparation for asphalting and line marking works.
In Stage 2, road kerb and electrical installation works were also completed this month, with footpath and driveway concreting to commence in July.
Bulk earthworks are ongoing on Stage 3, with water and gas installation works set to commence later this month.
